1. What we collect
When you use this site or our services, we collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, business details, and the selections you make in our pricing configurator when you choose to save or submit them. If you book a strategy session, our scheduling provider collects your booking details. If you become a client, we also handle the business materials you provide (brand assets, footage, content, and account access needed to deliver your services). Our AI phone and chat agents, when deployed for your business, collect the conversation data needed to answer, book, and follow up — such as caller name, contact details, and messages.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and improve our services, manage client accounts and billing, and send communications you have requested. If you save a pricing configuration with your email, we use it to send you that configuration and to follow up about our services. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business: our website host (Netlify), our customer relationship platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), our scheduling provider (SavvyCal), video platforms used to display our work (Vimeo), font delivery (Google Fonts), and — for clients — payment processing and the telephony and AI platforms that power deployed agents. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. Calls, chats, and recordings
AI phone and chat agents we deploy for client businesses may log or record conversations to provide the service (answering, booking, and follow-up) and to improve accuracy. Clients are responsible for providing any notice to their own customers that applicable law requires; we configure disclosures where the platform supports them.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security to store and process it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing communications. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA — including the rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information) — by contacting us. 7. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Changes
