Uptime
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for your managed web presence, excluding scheduled maintenance. If we miss it in a given month, you receive a pro-rated discount on the following month.
Support response
Technical support requests receive a response within 24 hours on standard business days.
Site maintenance
Every website plan includes one batch of monthly content edits. Requests submitted by the 20th of the month are deployed by the 30th.
Post-production turnaround
Cutting Room edits are delivered within 7 days of receiving complete footage and instructions. 48-hour rush delivery is available per video, and is included on The Pipeline plan.
