Terms of Service

1. Who we are, and what these terms cover

Mango Media Creative ("Mango Media," "we," "us") builds growth infrastructure for small businesses: websites and funnels, AI phone and chat agents, social content systems, and video post-production. These terms govern every service we sell and every plan configured on this site. By purchasing a plan or engaging our services, you agree to them.

2. Plans, term, and billing

All monthly plans are 12-month agreements, billed monthly in advance. Prices are the ones displayed on this site or quoted in writing at the time you sign. One-time setup fees vary by service: standard website plans carry a $295 deployment fee, restaurant and hospitality builds carry a setup fee scoped to the selected build and shown before you commit, and post-production-only plans carry no setup fee. Setup fees are non-refundable once build work has begun. If a payment fails and remains unpaid after notice, we may pause services until the account is current.

3. Website delivery and ownership

Our 7-day website launch promise is measured from the day we receive all required materials from you (brand assets, content, account access, and approvals). Website plans include up to five pages; additional pages are $195 each as a one-time fee and are then maintained as part of your plan. Larger builds are scoped and quoted separately before work begins. While your plan is active, we design, host, and maintain your site; Mango Media retains ownership of the site's code and infrastructure. You may buy your site outright at any time for $1,500, at which point ownership of the site's code and content transfers to you. AI agents, automations, and internal tooling remain Mango Media's intellectual property and are licensed to you for the duration of your plan.

4. Post-production ("The Cutting Room")

A video is up to 60 seconds of finished content. Longer edits draw from your monthly allowance at one video per started minute, up to five minutes; edits beyond five minutes are scoped separately. Each video includes one revision round; additional rounds are $45 each. Standard turnaround is 7 days from receipt of complete footage and instructions; 48-hour rush is available for $75 per video and is included at no charge on The Pipeline plan. Unused monthly videos do not roll over. Non-members may purchase one-off edits at $149 per video. You confirm that you own or have the rights to all footage, music, and materials you send us; you are responsible for any claims arising from materials you supply.

5. Social architecture and content services

Social plans include the shoots, edit volumes, and platform counts described at purchase. Additional platforms are $150 per month each and may be added or dropped at any time. Posting schedules depend on timely client approvals and platform availability; we are not responsible for platform-side outages, policy changes, or reach fluctuations.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals, and the assets and access we need to deliver. Delivery timelines pause while we wait on required materials. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the business claims, offers, and pricing you ask us to publish.

7. Cancellation and early termination

Plans run for their 12-month term and may be canceled effective at the end of the term with written notice. If you terminate early without cause, the remaining monthly fees for the term become due unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we materially fail to deliver and cannot cure within 30 days of written notice, you may terminate without further obligation.

8. Third-party services and AI

Our services depend on third-party providers — including hosting, telephony, calendars, payment processors, and AI platforms. We are not liable for their outages, changes, or failures, though we will work to restore affected services promptly. AI-generated responses (phone, chat, and content) are designed to be accurate and on-brand but may occasionally be imperfect; you should review AI-facing configurations we deliver and tell us promptly about anything that needs correction.

9. Portfolio rights

We may showcase work we produce for you (site designs, videos, and campaign results) in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mango Media's total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Questions: hello@mangomediacreative.com.
